Mr. Andronico, with more than twenty years of audit and consulting experience, is well versed in highly technical audit and GAAP matters. He serves as a QC Audit Partner for the firm and is charged with quality review of assurance engagement deliverables ensuring that such deliverables meet applicable professional standards, regulatory requirements and the firm's highest standards of quality.
Will has an established track record as an advisor to MFA clients on a wide array of complex and challenging business issues. He is sought out for his unique insight and discerning ability to act as a sounding board for management and to serve as part of a collaborative team to develop strategies and innovative solutions that allow clients to grow their businesses and optimize shareholder value.
Will also leads the firm’s Transaction Services Practice. His extensive background in mergers, acquisitions and other capital events on either side of a deal makes him well versed in the intricacies of these multifaceted transactions. He advises on deal structure from an economic and tax perspective and works closely with client management before and during the entire negotiation process.
In addition to his role as Partner of MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, Will also serves as President of MFA Cornerstone Consulting, a subsidiary of MFA dedicated to providing risk and IT advisory, valuation and litigation support services.
