With over 15 years of experience in the audits of privately held and publicly traded companies, Ms. Sintros brings to MFA extensive experience in the high technology, life sciences, telecommunications, service and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience providing assurance and financial consulting services to companies across a broad spectrum of size and varying stages of development.
At MFA, Pam is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of financial statement audits and routinely provides advice to MFA clients on a variety of technical and business issues including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, equity transactions, and business combinations. She has been involved in a number of comprehensive projects with regard to due diligence and business combinations that encompassed not only financial policies and content but also HR policies and procedures and non-financial measures such as forecasting results, commission and bonus plans, and equity compensation structure.
Prior to joining MFA, Pam spent six years with BDO Seidman, LLP as well as six years with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services Practices.
