With over seven years of experience in public accounting, Stacie specializes in working with companies in emerging growth industries, including software and hardware technology, professional services, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution and nonprofit.
Ms. McDermott’s expertise includes technical accounting subjects such as software revenue recognition, complex debt and equity transactions and accounting for mergers and acquisitions. As an Audit Manager, Stacie works closely with clients through all stages of an engagement, assisting them in meeting filing requirements, leading teams in performing audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and other attestation services.
