Ms. Cuddy brings to MFA extensive experience in a complete range of tax planning, compliance and consulting services including an in-depth, well-rounded knowledge of federal, state and local tax law. Shannan’s areas of expertise include multi-state tax planning and compliance, ASC 740-10 analysis (formerly FIN 48), ASC 740 tax provisions (formerly FAS 109) and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. She is also well versed in business structure planning, having assisted numerous clients in the realignment of their corporate structures.
Prior to MFA, Shannan spent over eleven years with three of the Big 4 public accounting firms including KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and most recently, Ernst & Young.
