Mr. Davis brings to MFA extensive experience in a complete range of tax planning, compliance and consulting services with a particular emphasis on servicing the complex needs of pass-through entities. Scott is well versed in the tax treatment of corporations, LLCs and partnerships and is highly regarded for his skills, ability and advice on such matters.
Scott brings to MFA over ten years of experience in public accounting having served as a tax manager for Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen and the northern New England firm of Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker. He has extensive experience working with companies in the construction, energy, real estate, manufacturing, retail and professional services industries.
