As a manager at MFA, Mr. Glazier leads engagement teams in providing audit services to clients across a wide variety of industries including high technology, manufacturing, construction and nonprofit. Matt prepares and reviews financial statement reports for our portfolio of clients as well as performs audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and other attestation services. He routinely assists clients on issues surrounding software revenue recognition, stock compensation and debt and equity transactions.
Prior to MFA, Matt worked for a Boston-area CPA firm where he managed audit and review engagements of various sizes and complexity as well as performed tax services for C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships and nonprofit organizations.
