Ms. DeRoche serves as the firm’s Director of Human Resources and has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s unique corporate culture and its high energy, entrepreneurial work environment. She is well regarded for creating and maintaining a positive, productive and cohesive work environment that directly impacts the firm’s ability to drive bottom-line results.
Donna brings to MFA over fifteen years of experience in human resource management. She has deep expertise in employee relations, workforce planning and organizational and employee development programs. At MFA, she leads the effort to formulate human capital objectives, practices and policies aimed at meeting short- and long-range organizational needs and opportunities. She is responsible for developing, implementing and administering the employer-employee relationship, managing employee performance and ensuring that relations with firm members comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Prior to joining MFA in 2003, Donna was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a Human Resources Manager in both their Boston and Atlanta offices.
