Experience
Ms. Sintros brings to MFA extensive experience in the high technology, life sciences, telecommunications, service and manufacturing industries. Pam is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of financial statement audits and routinely provides advice to MFA clients on a variety of technical and business issues including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, equity transactions, and business combinations.
Pam has been involved in several comprehensive projects with regard to due diligence and business combinations that encompassed the review and understanding of financial policies and procedures and their impact on financial reporting as well as non-financial measures such as forecasting results, commission and bonus plans, and equity compensation structures.
Prior to joining MFA, Pam spent six years with BDO Seidman, LLP as well as six years with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services Practices.
