Mr. Famiglietti is the Managing Partner of MFA.  With over 25 years of business and educational experience, Carl regularly delivers innovative solutions that are designed to optimize the operations and operational value for the firm’s portfolio of client companies.  He provides a wide variety of operational, financial and tax consulting services in business planning, valuation, financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  His rare combination of specialized expertise, real-world experience and strategic vision makes him highly sought after by leaders in the software, high tech, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and professional service industries.

Carl is a thought leader in the community and his perspectives have been featured in a number of noteworthy industry and financial publications including Financial Executive Magazine, Directors & Boards and Practical Accountant as well as serving as a regular contributor to MFA’s Business Insights Blog.  Carl is also a frequent presenter at industry conferences, seminars and other business events sharing his expertise and unique insight on an extensive range of important matters in areas such as audit, tax and consulting.

Carl began his career with a nationally recognized executive training program for a Fortune 500 company in the hydro-carbon and nuclear industry.  His diverse background includes varied roles for one of the largest international accounting firms where his responsibilities exposed him to a myriad of large U.S. domiciled companies.
