Experience
Ms. Curley has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. She has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, oil and gas, technology, life sciences and professional services.
As Principal of MFA's Public Company Practice, Tracy brings a wealth of experience having worked closely with public filers on everything from initial SEC registration to ongoing SEC reporting and compliance, audit engagements and other complex accounting and financial matters facing today's publicly traded companies. Tracy also possesses extensive corporate financial experience as a result of her many years working for publicly traded, international, multi-billion dollar companies as well as development stage and start-up organizations.
