The delivery of top quality audit, tax and other services demands rigorous
adherence to ever-changing statutes and rules. To assure that MFA meets and
exceeds all of these requirements, we are members of a variety of oversight
organizations that share best practices and monitor our performance. These
organizations include:
PCAOB
MFA is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. The PCAOB is a private sector, nonprofit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies and protect the interests of investors.
Our registration opens our work to review by the PCAOB and in 2010, MFA once again received an inspection report from the PCAOB indicating complete compliance with their auditing and related professional practice standards. In addition to ensuring our compliance with PCAOB standards, our registration also demonstrates MFA’s commitment to quality control in the preparation of informative, fair and independent audit reports.
In 2010, MFA received an inspection report from PCAOB indicating complete compliance with PCAOB standards.
