Entry Level Tax Staff

MFA is currently seeking an individual to join our firm as entry level Staff in our Tax Department. MFA offers members entering the Public Accounting field the opportunity to grow their career by providing a dedicated mentor, one-on-one guided learning and internal/external continuing education seminars.  At MFA, your success is ours and we support our members in their quest to obtain advancement that will stay with them for their entire career by offering tuition assistance as well as a substantial bonus opportunity for new members who achieve the certification of CPA within their first year.  The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, MST/MBA/CPA candidates a plus.
  • Zero to three years experience within public accounting, specifically providing tax services.
  • A passion for quality, strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results orientated.
  • High aptitude towards client service with excellent communication and client nurturing skills.
  • A genuine interest in your own continued professional development and knowledge sharing with those around you.
  • High aptitude for technology and research tools.
