Thank you for finding your way to the Careers section of our website. I'm Donna DeRoche, the Director of Human Resources at MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico. MFA is a unique place to work for a number of reasons, and a great fit for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in collaborative, client-centered work environments. Our offices are located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a suburb north of Boston, in close proximity to I-93 and I-495. Our location helps us easily connect with client companies throughout the region, and offers a straight shot right into Boston.
Our firm's culture is one of comradery, commitment and continuous learning. Firm members at all career levels are empowered to play important roles in our client relationships and in the success of our firm. While experience, expertise and know-how are held in high regard, our genuine mutual respect for each other ensures that great ideas will be shared and contributions will be recognized. Regardless of professional titles, we all succeed together.
We view our environment as a knowledge center. Our members continually share their insights with each other to cultivate and support a rich learning environment. This happens naturally in an organization so dedicated to teamwork, professional advancement and client service, but it also occurs in more structured ways. Throughout the year, firm members with unique experience or first-hand knowledge of important tax, assurance or other business and financial developments are encouraged to present these concepts to their colleagues in more formal settings that go beyond the daily learning experience. When you know it, we want you to share it! Our mentor program further supports and reinforces learning and professional development through personal guidance, and it's something in which all members participate.
If you are ready to step away from a traditional CPA firm mentality, then MFA is the place for you. Our members have a finger on the pulse of Boston's business ecosystem. At MFA, everyone is involved in building and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients. We are all involved in key networking events happening throughout the region and we all dedicate time to truly understanding the intricate connections that bind companies to each other, and also set industries apart.
Our clients turn to us for insights beyond the traditional, nuts and bolts accounting because we understand and truly care about the success of their businesses, and we work hard every day to earn their trust. It's a reputation that one does not attain simply by being in business for three decades, and it demonstrates the dedication and integrity of the individuals who comprise our organization. I hope you find these ideas inspiring, and also that you will consider joining the MFA family as we design a new future for our industry!
