Mr. Andronico, with more than 25 years of audit and consulting experience, has an established track record as an advisor to MFA clients on a wide array of complex and challenging business issues. Will is sought out for his unique insight and discerning ability to act as a sounding board for management and serve as part of a collaborative team to develop strategies and innovative solutions that allow his clients to grow their businesses and optimize shareholder value.
Will’s extensive background in mergers, acquisitions and other capital events on either side of a deal makes him well versed in the intricacies and evolution of these multifaceted transactions. As the Lead Partner for the Firm’s Transaction Services Practice, he regularly advises clients on deal structure from an economic and tax perspective and works integrally with owners, management teams and their advisors throughout all aspects of the deal negotiation process. He also specializes in ownership designs relative to entity structures; stockholder, buy/sell and operating agreements; and the creation, evaluation and implementation of executive deferred and equity-based compensation plans.
