Ms. Teodorescu has more than 20 years of internal and external consulting experience across multiple industries assisting companies in the development of talent, performance and engagement programs to meet or exceed their business goals. Serving as the Partner responsible for Talent Management, Tina is instrumental in designing, implementing and overseeing the Firm’s educational programs and advancing its talent acquisition and retention strategies. She utilizes her broad skill set and experience base in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and organizational culture to achieve these objectives for the Firm.

At MFA, Tina's team has the capability to design, develop and manage the entire employee and talent lifecycle, including:

  • Talent planning;
  • Talent sourcing, selection, and on-boarding (including job descriptions, offer letters, other new hire paperwork, and background checks);
  • Talent engagement, including communication, cultural assessment and development, and retention strategies;
  • Talent development, including learning and development programs and assessments, performance management, coaching and mentoring, career path development, competency models and leadership development; 
  • HR operations and compliance, including HRIS systems, payroll, policy development, benefit administration, employment law compliance, and compliance training; and
  • HR data and scorecards.

Tina has provided Talent/HR consulting to a range of companies across various industries, sizes and stages of their development, including Hewlett Packard, Dun and Bradstreet, Ryder, Shaws, Bayer, and Zipcar.
