Ms. Loranger-Egan brings over 15 years of experience to MFA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practice. Tanya's expertise lies in assisting clients in understanding the full scope of their fiduciary responsibilities and helping them to ensure their employee benefit plans are in compliance with ever-changing rules and regulations. She is extremely well versed in ERISA compliance matters and works closely with plan sponsors to examine the health of their plan, identify potential weaknesses, determine necessary corrective action steps and guide them in the implementation of sound and appropriate internal controls to mitigate operational errors and vulnerabilities to internal fraud.
Prior to joining MFA, Tanya was the founder and president of Retirement Plan Resources, LLC, a New Hampshire-based firm dedicated to helping plan sponsors effectively manage their retirement plans, including implementing a sound process that maximizes plan efficiency, mitigates the risk of fraud and errors in the plan and ensures compliance with ERISA. Tanya has also previously served in various audit positions at Ernst & Young, LLP, BDO USA, LLP and Caron & Bletzer, LLP.
