Ms. Petrie, a member of The MFA Companies’ Business Strategies team, brings an integrative, customer-focused approach to identifying and aligning marketplace needs with MFA’s unique sources of value. As a trusted advisor, Sara works in partnership with MFA subject-matter experts and customers to provide distinctly tailored business planning services, insight and guidance. Supporting franchises and closely held businesses, Sara and the MFA team specialize in delivering innovative solutions in the areas of multiple entity structure combinations and tax minimization, complex estate tax planning, state and local tax, shareholder agreements, credit enhancement, financial modeling and financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining MFA, Sara was a practice lead at Signature Consultants, a relationship-based IT consulting and managed solutions firm, where she led the growth of new business and strategic market share expansion.
