Erin works closely with publicly traded and privately held clients in multiple industries, and is particularly well versed in the tax implications that software, high tech and biotech companies face during various stages of growth.
With over ten years of public accounting experience, Erin’s approach to tax engagements is distinguished by her strong knowledge base and her genuine commitment to service, which allow her to consistently meet and exceed her clients’ expectations. She has strong expertise in corporate tax with significant knowledge and experience in the areas of ASC 740 Tax Provisions, ASC 740-10 Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes analysis, state-level tax exposure, R&D credit opportunities and planning considerations. She also provides valuable support during due diligence proceedings in the event of an acquisition.
Prior to MFA, Erin spent over four years with a Boston-area public accounting firm where she provided both audit and tax services to a diverse client base.
