My name is Erin, I am an Audit and Retirement Plan Analyst at MFA.
I have found that MFA’s culture is one that both enriches and is enriched by the individuals in it. In September 2015, while completing my Bachelors in Business Administration, I accepted an internship at MFA in the Executive Administration Department. During this time I had a great deal of exposure across The MFA Companies and the pleasure of getting to know the Firm and our clients while sitting at the front helm—the reception desk. I also worked with a team that put a lot of effort into making my experience an enriching one and positioned me well to explore the many facets of the Firm’s service areas.
I have always felt that you retain the power to affect your environment; the culture, structure, processes, attitudes, relationships, and how you identify with it determines where you draw your motivation. Having spent over a decade providing client service in the retail industry, interacting with the clients at MFA motivated me to learn and do more for them and for the Firm. MFA took notice and I was offered the opportunity to transition to the role of Audit and Retirement Plan Analyst.
MFA is a resourceful network of talented, forward-thinking, individuals who have made the company their own in the same way that I have been able to. If you would like to learn more about my path here at the Firm, please feel free to send me a message.
